I LOVE TETSUYA NOMURA'S DRAWING STYLE. I can't explain it... there's a certain simplicity yet complexity to the characters' designs- something which I highly adore. It's like you remember how their costume looks, but you still have to reference it. His art is full of SO many contradictions... It's either him, or me... XD

On to the character... his name, as the title says, is "Presto al Fine". His nickname is "Al", but many still call him by his name. He's named after music terms, and his name should in fact mean "Lively to the End". I love name puns now... His specialty is music based attacks. His small little sword is actually a variation on an Epeé/Rapier. -Google it if you have to...- It's so short because he also uses it as a conductor's wand. (See his pose? Think Zelda: The Wind Waker.) It's also shaped the way it is because he is a master of Thunder attacks.

The little guy next to him is Violet Ragtime, and is in fact, a reverse heartless. He was made by Presto's soulful composition of a song. His hat doesn't have the spiral motif at the tip, but rather, the flags of a sixteenth note. Ragtime's specialty is magnet based attacks. :3

I like how he came out too, seeing as I suck at drawing male characters. XD I was surprised at how much thought I put into him. (I came up with him on the pop fly. )

In fact, I pumped SO much thought into this kid, that I wound up getting the idea for a Kingdom Hearts spin off... that's how bad it is. "Diminuendo" is the subtitle, which appropriately to the KH series means "To fade out" or "to diminish". >.>; I'm such a nerd... with music AND Square Enix... I'd be a great concept artist. |D
